College and Career Readiness Bootcamp

The College & Career Readiness Bootcamp is an engaging leadership and development program designed to empower sophomore male leaders as they begin making important decisions about their academic and professional futures. This initiative is presented through a collaborative partnership between The Alexander Advantage, KB Foundation, and PHENND, organizations committed to expanding access to college and career opportunities for young people.

Through a series of interactive workshops, discussions, and practical exercises, participants explore essential topics that help prepare them for life beyond high school. The bootcamp focuses on building both personal and professional skills, ensuring students are equipped to navigate the journey toward college, career pathways, and leadership.
